Howard's seeks to provide a comprehensive range of products for those with limiting physical conditions. Our aids to daily living can help provide freedom and improvement in health, safety and quality of life making those difficult tasks easier. Our range of products are defined both by our years' of experience couple with feedback from our customers giving you peace of mind in knowing we offer only the most helpful products.
ADL's is the abbreviation for aides to daily living and is used in most Medicare notes on what is required for most durable medical products. The purpose of medical supplies and ADL's is to help the patient become independent. For example, stocking donners allow patients to still put on your socks or compression hose without help. A leg lifter allows someone who has had a CVA (stroke) to move their leg themselves.
Howard's has an abundance of ADL's at both our locations so if you have a mobility limitation, we probably have something to help you out to stay as independent as possible.
Last, we also understand that most insurances do not cover ADL's. As a result, we have some very competitive prices (see the flier below).
We have specialists ready to help identify your medical supply needs, show you a demonstration and provide training as well as arrange delivery for you.
Highly trained specialist staff are the key to making sure you get the correct medical supply product to fit your needs. Howard's emphasis on customer service and training ensure your satisfaction is the focus of our staff.
